The Zurn Wilkins Model W1070XL Aqua-Gard® Thermostatic mixing valve is designed to be installed at the point of use to assist in the prevention of scalding. The Z1070XL is ASSE 1070 listed for fixtures, sinks, lavatories or bathtubs and will mix hot and cold water from the distribution system to a final safer temperature of 35-46°C.
Delabie Tempomatic 4 Electronic Urinal Valve
DELABIE Tempomatic 4 electronic urinal valve is an intelligent solution for flushing individual urinals. It is supplied in 2 parts: a 1st fix inwall valve housing that is installed before wall lining, and a 2nd fix electronic sensor. The inwall valve has a waterproof recessed housing that can be cut to suit the wall thickness ensuring a perfect seal. Any leaks within the valve housing are contained and guaranteed not to spill into the wall cavity.
ASI Roval Semi Recessed High Speed Hand Dryer
The ASI Roval AS20199 hand drier is a fully automatic semi recess mounted, sensor activated drier suitable for installation in any commercial bathroom, where good looks and fast drying time are required. With a high delivery fan, AS20199 will dry hands in approximately 15 seconds. Because of this there is a higher than normal noise level. The main body is 1.0mm powder coated steel with a 1.2mm Type 304 stainless steel 1 piece pressed (curved) front cover offering additional strength and superior finish. Cover is fixed to main body using concealed pin-hex security screws.
ASI Automatic Soap Dispenser
ASI AS0362 Surface Mounted Stainless Steel Automatic Liquid Soap Dispenser will hold and dispense liquid and lotion soaps, synthetic detergents and antibacterial soaps containing PCMX and/or Triclosan with a viscosity range of between 2000 and 5000 Centipoise). Capacity is either 800ml when using a disposable soap cartridge (by others) or 900ml when using the refillable soap cartridge provided.

DELABIE DE947135 is a wall mounted Ø32mm spout with Ø60mm wall plate L.120mm and M1/2” connection. Chrome plated solid brass with scale resistant flow straightener pre-set at 3L/min.
Also available without wall plate in two lengths; L.110mm and L.170mm or for through-wall installation <165mm with spout length L.120mm (see models).

DELABIE DE490006 is a deck mounted battery powered electronic basin mixer with a reduced stagnation solenoid valve and electronic unit. Supplied standard as 6V battery powered with 6V Lithium battery integrated into the body of the tap, or alternatively is available as 230/12V mains power supply. Active infrared presence detection sensor at the end of the spout optimises detection. Anti-bacterial duty flush operates for ~60 seconds every 24 hours after last use. Side temperature control with adjustable maximum temperature limiter.

Anti-bacterial duty flush operates for ~60 seconds every 24 hours after last use. Flow rate is pre-set at 3L/min at 300kPa, can be adjusted from 1.5 to 6L/min. Operating pressure is 100-500kPa, 300kPa is recommended.
