Delabie DE733015 Premix Compact is a thermostatic mixing valve designed to provide accurate temperature control for mixed water distribution systems serving multiple sanitary fixtures. Suitable for supplying between 1 and 11 points of use, depending on the system flow demand, the valve is intended for commercial, healthcare, education, aged care, correctional, and public facilities where stable mixed water temperatures and user safety are critical design requirements.
The valve blends hot and cold water to deliver a controlled mixed water temperature adjustable between 30°C and 60°C. The selected temperature can be locked by the installer to prevent unauthorised adjustment and maintain compliance with project temperature requirements.
An integral thermostatic element continuously monitors outlet temperature and automatically compensates for fluctuations in supply pressure and temperature, helping to maintain stable mixed water delivery throughout normal operating conditions.
The valve incorporates dual fail-safe protection. In the event of a cold water supply failure, the valve immediately shuts off the hot water supply to minimise the risk of scalding. Likewise, should the hot water supply fail, the valve automatically shuts off the mixed water outlet to prevent unexpected cold water discharge.
Constructed from durable brass and supplied complete with integral filters and non-return valves, the Delabie Premix Compact is designed to provide reliable long-term performance while protecting the valve mechanism from debris and preventing cross-flow between hot and cold water services.
