MacDonald Anti Ligature 90° Grab Rail
The MacDonald BE-AL5-90B is an anti-ligature toilet assist grab rail fully welded in grade 304 stainless steel, Ø38mm tubing, with box section allowing unobstructed 270° grip surface as required by AS1428, and knurled slip resistant finish.
The BE-AL5-90B is suited for use in the toilet or shower for an accessible bathroom where the danger of self harm exists in buildings such as mental health facilities and correctional facilities. The 90° bend provides a horizontal and vertical grab rail option for accessible toilets and showers.
Stainless Steel Extension Box
FRCM-EXT extension box is designed to house the plumbing system for a Franke Combination WC & Basin FRCM1 where a service duct is not available. The 30° angle of the top reduces the likelihood of people standing on or placing items on top. The extension box has three access panels which give access to our Warden plumbing & electrical items and for the fixing (see separate literature). The extension box is fitted to the wall using dynabolts or chemset type bolts to suit structure (by others). The Combination unit is bolted to the extension box through the access panels.

Delabie Premix 'Nano' Thermostatic Mixing Valve
The Delabie ‘Nano’ thermostatic mixing valve is for control of mixed water distribution for 1 to 2 taps or 1 shower.
Temperature pre-set at 38°C, adjustable from 34 - 60°C. Anti-scalding safety between 34 - 42°C and automatic shut-off if cold or hot water supply fails. Minimum operating flow rate is 3L/min.
Supplied with integrated non-return valves and filters. Thermal shocks are possible without removing the valve.
Delabie Premix Comfort Thermostatic Mixing Valve
Delabie Premix Comfort is a group thermostatic mixing valve for mixed water distribution from 32° - 42°C giving anti-scalding safety. The valves regulate temperature variations and are supplied with filters and non-return valves that can be accessed from the outside without removing the mechanism. Thermal shock with no specific lever needed (push-button on the control knob).
